Shipping & Returns
We proudly offer worldwide shipping via ePacket! Please note that we require 3 to 5 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 7 to 16 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.
Tracking your order:
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package.
Please allow 4 to 7 working days for the tracking information to show.
Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at email@example.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
- Contact us before returning the item, we will provide you return address.
- Return the new, unopened items to us within 30 days of delivery.
- Simply contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions regarding your return.
- For any product valued over $75 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, color, ect. of your product to avoid any returns for exchanges.
Terms & Conditions:
- We encourage customers to carefully read our Returns Policy and to please make sure all the items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.
- We only provide store credit for items purchased with a discount or discount code of 25% or more, from our full retail price.
- Refunds or store credit will be issued within 30 days from the date we receive your return at our return address (listed above).
- You have 30 days from the date your receive your order to initiate and return your item(s) for a refund or store credit. Any returns not made within this window will be rejected.
- We provide a refund to your original payment method for all full-priced items.
- Exchanges are provided through store credit for eligible items only.
- We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping.
- Items must be in their brand-new, unused condition and original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
- Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
- All items purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return. Gift cards purchased and store credit issued by Inspire Uplift cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- All shipping charges and governmental taxes are non-refundable.
- Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed.
- The Terms & Conditions of our Returns Policy prevail in the case of miscommunication or otherwise.
